Welcome to the Brock Boys Auto Detailing website. By accessing our website, scheduling services, or allowing work to be performed on your vehicle, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Brock Boys Auto Detailing provides professional automotive, marine, aircraft, and specialty detailing services, including but not limited to:

• Auto detailing
   
• Paint correction
   
• Ceramic coatings
   
• Paint Protection Film (PPF)
   
• Boat, aircraft, and specialty surface detailing
   

All services are performed using professional-grade products and industry-standard techniques.

All services provided by Brock Boys Auto Detailing are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our work:

• Services are custom, labor-intensive, and irreversible once started
   
• Time, materials, and labor are committed immediately upon service commencement
   

Therefore:

• No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed services
   
• Dissatisfaction with appearance, outcome, or expectations does not qualify for a refund
   
• Chargebacks or payment disputes for completed services are a violation of these Terms
   

✔ If an issue arises, our obligation is limited to inspection and correction at our discretion, not a refund.

• Deposits, when required, are non-refundable
   
• Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
   
• Failure to pay may result in additional fees, storage fees, or legal action
   

• Appointments are reserved specifically for you
   
• Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or service reduction
   
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in loss of deposit
   

By authorizing services, you acknowledge:

• Your vehicle may have pre-existing damage, wear, or defects
   
• Brock Boys is not responsible for damage related to prior repairs, resprays, weakened paint, trim, or components
   
• Some imperfections may only become visible after cleaning or correction
   

• PPF and ceramic coatings are protective products, not damage-proof solutions
   
• Normal characteristics include visible edges, seams, or temporary bubbles during curing
   
• Follow-up inspections may be required to finalize results
   
• Environmental damage, rock chips, or misuse are not covered
   

Any warranties provided:

• Cover manufacturer defects or workmanship only
   
• Do not cover misuse, neglect, environmental damage, accidents, or normal wear
   
• Are subject to proper maintenance and follow-up requirements
   

• Remove all personal items before service
   
• Brock Boys is not responsible for lost, damaged, or undisclosed valuables
   

By using our services, you grant Brock Boys Auto Detailing permission to:

• Photograph or record your vehicle
   
• Use images or videos for marketing, advertising, and social media
   

(No personal identifying information will be shared.)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Brock Boys Auto Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed
   

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
