How long will the appointment take?
The booking tool shows the planned duration for your selected package and add-ons. Condition and inspection-based work can affect timing. Please confirm your pickup time with the shop rather than assuming the vehicle will be ready at the end of the displayed slot.
Is my appointment confirmed when I submit?
For standard online bookings, look for an appointment-confirmed screen and check My Garage. An estimate or inspection request is not a reserved appointment: the shop must review it and confirm the time. A SmartQuote estimate is also not a booking.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Your booking summary shows whether a deposit is required before you submit. Offers and service requirements can vary. If a deposit is required, complete checkout and wait for the appointment confirmation; an estimate alone does not charge you.
What should I do before dropping off?
Remove valuables and personal belongings, and point out any stains, damage or areas of concern. Bring your keys and confirm any special access or drop-off arrangements with us.
Can you arrange pickup or drop-off?
Pickup and drop-off are available by arrangement. Call 501-701-2085 to confirm availability, location, timing and any charges before relying on this service.
Can I send photos before requesting an estimate?
Yes. Inspection-based estimate requests in the booking tool accept up to five photos, up to 8 MB each. Include a full view and close-ups of the areas of concern. Photos help us prepare, but final scope and price may still require an in-person inspection.
How do I change my appointment or get help?
Open My Garage to view your appointment and available change options. For a time-sensitive change, missing confirmation or a question about your booking, call 501-701-2085. Do not submit a duplicate booking just because an email or text has not arrived.
